Where: Commerce Street and Clinton Avenue, on the side-walk outside of Stickyz Fingers Resturant, downtown in the River-Market District, Little Rock, Arkansas.
Please wear a white top, if possible, and bring a World No Tobacco Day sign/poster with at least one tobacco fact.
